Returns Policy

General Returns:

We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.
 
Any faulty goods received please notify us within 7 days via phone or email. Any customer returns due to manufacturing faults again please contact us for assessment and we can either provide a replacement or credit for the faulty goods.

We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.
Please see below our details for warranty. We can warrant manufacturing faults within 7 days of receiving the goods. No need for stock to be returned to us for assessment under this warranty.

Please email an image of the fault to sales@liquidbrands.co.nz along with details of style/colour and defect. We will then assess this fault and either replace or credit.

Below are guidelines we would like to recommend staff to follow when considering frames coming into store initially and product returned from customers:

 

  1. Check stock for manufacturing faults when un-packing and putting out on shelfs (notify us within 7 days).

 

  1. Customer returns that are covered under manufacturing warranty includes defects as follows:

 

  • Lens blemishes/peeling
  • Hinge issues/breakage
  • Faulty loose nose pieces
  • Frame cracking

 

  1. Manufacturing warranty for customer returns do not include:

 

  • Any damage from typical wear and tear
  • Scratched lenses
  • Sun/heat, water damage
  • Breakage of arms/frame due to impact
  • Popping out lenses

 

  1. If a staff member is unsure dependent on customer return, they can then email an image to sales@liquidbrands.co.nz for clarification.
